He understands the fear, stress and needs of each of his clients by spending time personally listening and asking questions. Once he understands completely the wants and motivations of each one, he can then set up the expectations to achieve goals and dreams. You can almost visualize his arm around your shoulder guiding you every step of the way. Jacob moved to Nashville from New York to take a job in the music industry. After falling in love with the city, he transferred to Belmont University to complete his education. Realizing that Nashville was not only a great city to live and play, he recognized that investing financially in its growing economy was best way to build a secure future for himself and those that trusted him. After purchasing his personal home, he realized he could fulfill his purpose of serving and helping others by becoming a professional REALTOR and guiding them through their real estate journey. With almost a decade of real estate experience, Jacob is proud to lead and grow his own team, The Kupin Group.
